Common questions about therapy for teens

Online therapy is a convenient way for you to connect with your therapist. You can expect sessions to be the same as in-person therapy, except that you participate virtually from your own space. Telehealth services have been shown to be equally beneficial as in-person counseling. Feel free to connect with us if you have any further questions about online counseling.

We know that life can be busy, so we offer morning, afternoon, and evening appointments. An initial appointment can be scheduled during your consultation call with your therapist.
