Licensed CLINICAL SOCIAL WORKER
I believe every person is capable of growth and change.

My clients often find themselves feeling overwhelmed and uncertain how to move forward. They may be experiencing exhaustion and burnout from work, relationships, or caregiving. My clients often struggle with making space for themselves in their day to day life, and are seeking support with crafting a life that is guided by their values and allows space for themselves.
I enjoy supporting college students and young adults in their process of self-discovery, and helping them chart a path forward based on what they envision for their life.
I also work with caregivers whose family members are dealing with health challenges. Caregivers give so much of themselves and I am passionate about supporting caregivers in finding ways to meet their own needs.

I believe that the therapy room should be a space of compassion and connection, where you feel comfortable and safe expressing your needs and exploring your authentic self. I work together with each individual client to discover their unique goals and work through the specific events of their past or present that are getting in the way of those goals becoming reality.
My approach to therapy is grounded in my belief that all people are capable of, and deserving of, the growth and change that they seek. I offer LGBTQIA+ affirming therapy and aim for all clients to feel comfortable expressing and exploring their full identity.
