There’s a path for everyone in life. Discover yours.
Maybe you:
Wonder if something is wrong with you that college doesn’t always feel like “the best time of your life”
Are simultaneously thrilled to have the autonomy to do what you want and terrified that you won’t make the most of your time
Are wanting to explore your identity but are feeling pressured to fit a certain mold set by family, friends, or society
Feeling like you’re the only one who doesn’t have college figured out?
how we can help
You’re not alone. We’ll work together on discovering what’s important to you.
College is a time for exploration and learning what’s important to you both in and out of the classroom. In therapy we’ll work on shifting away from what you think your college experience “should” be like and towards identifying what is meaningful to you.
If you’ve never been in therapy, college can be a great time to seek that support. If you have been in therapy before, we can continue to build on the progress that you’ve already made. Whether you’re a therapy regular, or brand new to the process, we’re happy to meet you wherever you’re at on your journey.
imagine if you…
Understood that college doesn’t have to be “perfect” to be meaningful
You’re comfortable with the fact that college life is sometimes messy and sometimes amazing and sometimes both at the same time. You’re confident to navigate the ups and downs that college brings.

You realize there’s no right or wrong way to make the most of your time in college. You know that your choices are guided by what is most important to you.

You give yourself space to explore your identity. You feel confident navigating college as your authentic self.
Get support navigating whatever college life throws your way.
