Licensed CLINICAL SOCIAL WORKER
I believe that healing is possible.

My clients often find themselves feeling stuck and wanting a change before they come into therapy. They feel the challenges and hurts from the past have made it nearly impossible to move forward. Despite knowing that they want something to be different, they don’t know where to start with making changes.
I have received advanced training in treating trauma and PTSD. I specialize in working with those who are wanting to heal from past painful experiences and be able to move forward, confident in themselves and more sure in their relationships.
I also work with young professionals trying to balance work, relationships and self care and enjoy supporting college students through the transition to young adulthood, as they discover who they are and what’s most important to them.

I believe my role as a therapist is to create an open and supportive space where you feel comfortable to process past stressors or traumas and develop an awareness of what may be getting in the way of reaching your goals.
I work with my clients to identify what’s most important to them and explore how these values can inform their actions. Past clients have noted they enjoy the compassion and sense of ease I bring into the therapy process, and I believe that humor can be an important element in our healing.
One of the most important things to me is that you feel comfortable in the therapy room. This includes feeling safe to discuss whatever is on your mind and to be and explore your authentic self. I look forward to meeting with you!
